We are searching for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality service for our residents and understands the worth of exceptional customer service. This individual must seek to exceed resident and guest expectations every day by delivering five-star service. Requirements for the position include a professional and friendly demeanor; effective communication, decision-making, and organizational skills with a high attentiveness to detail. The individual must have the ability to adapt, prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate takes appropriate initiative; responds, and follows through promptly to various needs and requests.
Prior experience as a Door-Person and knowledge of building systems such as BuildingLink and KeyLink is preferred
Here are some potential responsibilities:
- Meet, greet and open entry doors for all persons entering/exiting the building in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage administrative requests from residents
- Clean entrance door glass when necessary
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and or mail/packages
- Provide answers professionally and assist residents/guests with directions, information or instructions for the building
- Be alert of your surrounding area. Provide security by monitoring traffic (outside and inside the building lobby) for suspicious activity; address when necessary.
