What You’ll Be Doing
Engage with customers in high-traffic areas to activate Gen Mobile wireless service
Educate customers on phone options, upgraded devices, and plan benefits
Assist with same-day activations and ensure customers leave fully set up
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
Track activations, maintain accuracy, and follow ethical sales practices
Build foundational skills in sales, communication, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Confident, positive, and solutions-driven
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a high-energy environment
Coachable with long-term growth potential
Experience in wireless, ACP, retail, or field sales is a plus — but not required
Ability to work outdoors/in the field consistently
