We are currently looking to hire an Customer Account Rep/Data Entry, knowledge of the construction and maintenance industry helpful.
We are looking for the right individual that will manage clients accounts from start to finish.
Individual will manage the scheduling of work load and supplies required to complete all jobs.
Individual will interact with other departments and vendors on a daily basis.
Individual will manage each of your clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Construction or building maintenance experience will be given first priority.
The right individual must:
Be Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be able to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Have Data Entry/Office experience
Be detail oriented
Have excellent time management skills
Must be able to prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, Quick Books and Outlook - knowledge in Canvas is a plus!
Candidate should live within a half-hour of Yonkers, NY.
