The Niles Agency, one of the premier Insurance Agencies in Northern Westchester is looking for a CSR/Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Katonah, NY. The office is 200 feet from the Katonah train station so you do not need to commute by car.
MUST have a valid P&C License for New York. Others need NOT applied.
The best candidates are the ones who work for a small family run agency (Not Captive agencies) or where the owner has sold and it is now run by a large Brokerage/PE Firm.
We use "Tam Online" as the Agency Management System
5 day work week. Full Time Position
Competitive salary + Commission for "New" business brought in.
Profit Sharing/401K after completing eligibility
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Property/Casualty Agent's License:
Experience quoting Personal Insurance
Ability to work independently
Excellent written, verbal and organizational/multi task skills
Self starter
Salary based on length of experience.
