As a Personal Lines CSR, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, assisting with day-to-day service needs on home, auto, renters, and other personal insurance policies. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer support
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, ID cards, and coverage inquiries
Process endorsements, cancellations, and renewals in agency management systems
Follow up on documentation and maintain accurate client files
Provide quotes for auto, home, and other personal lines policies
Liaise with insurance carriers to resolve underwriting or service issues
Support producers and other team members with administrative tasks as needed
