We're a family owned building on 35th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. Our last lobby attendant, who had been with us for 17 years, retired, and we're looking for someone to replace him. Our ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, is good at cleaning, is friendly and outgoing, and is reliable. Previous experience as a lobby attendant is preferable. For the right candidate we offer job security, all of our employees have been with us over 15 years now.
