Our Management Company is looking for an experienced and reliable Dispatcher to work in the Maintenance department of our beautiful apartment complex. You will provide, schedule and act as a liaison between our shareholders and Maintenance Supervisors to transmit messages regarding service calls and apartment repairs. The ideal candidate must provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to all internal and external requests. Multi-tasking, Computer and phone experience is a must!
Responsibilities include:
-Schedule and coordinate all emergency and non-emergency service calls and requests for repairs.
-Generate work orders and maintain logs and service management multi-data database with current and accurate information.
-Maintain a professional manner at all times and perform all related maintenance duties as assigned.
-Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
-Working alongside Super and maintenance team.
Skills:
- Maintenance Knowledge a +
- Exhibit excellent customer service etiquette and communication skills
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position
- Tech savy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs- Outlook-Multi-Data Systems
- Avaya phone system usage
- High School Diploma
- Quick learner
