Laundry Store Manager Position
The Soap Box is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service for our clients.
About Position:
Full-time - $23.00 per hour
Rotating schedule (must have a flexible availability)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Weekly pay - by direct deposit with a year-end W2
Management experience is necessary
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day laundry service operations
Assisting clients and team members
Train new laundry attendants on procedures, computer register, cleanliness standards, client service expectations, and more
Ensure the store is neat and clean at all times
Ensure sorting, washing, drying, and folding of clothing is done to standards
Handle client concerns and complaints
Assist in scheduling shifts, handling time off requests, handling call-outs of team members, and ensuring proper schedule coverage
Train staff on the usage of laundry software programs
Monitor and manage inventory levels of laundry and store supplies
Log, track, and maintain information for daily operations
Assist and train attendants
And other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 45 pounds on your own.
