Greet and welcome students as they arrive at the office
Answer incoming phone calls and add information into instructors' calendar
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email about business
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
High school degree
Driver's license or learners permit plus
Starting $18 per hour plus yearend bonus
