We are looking to fill a Customer Service Representative position for a Driving School.
We are seeking a proactive individual and must be highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. A pleasant, positive and professional demeanor is vital at all times as this position requires interfacing with students/customers.
This position is a part-time position with the possibility of growing into a full-time position.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Must have excellent customer service skills.
-Must have great communication skills, both written & verbal.
Bilingual is recommended but not mandatory.
-Ability to work independently.
-Strong multi-tasking skills.
-Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones & e-mails
This position also entails greeting customers, scheduling appointments and communications.
Record keeping in our computer system.
Keeping work area clean and tidy.
