Job Summary:
We are looking fora skilled and passionate Lash Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lash extension application and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, alongside a talented and hard-working team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality lash extension applications, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets to meet the unique preferences of each client.
Perform lash application, lash removal, and lash lift services.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their desired lash look and address any concerns or questions they may have with a friendly attitude.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety protocols to ensure the health and safety protocols to ensure the healthy and safety of clients and staff.
Educate clients on proper lash after care and maintenance to prolong the longevity of their extensions and promote overall lash health.
Ability to communicate with the team and work at a fast pace with a high volume of clients.
Requirements:
Either a cosmetology or esthetician license
Minimum of 1 year experience in salon
Ability to do Classic lash sets, Volume lash sets, and Lash Lifts
Willing to learn all the services we provide
Exceptional customer service
Flexible Schedule
Ability to perform micro-blading is a huge plus
