Position: Office Manager/Customer Service
Location: East Village, New York City
Local silk screen printing company in the East Village seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee office operations and customer service. You will be working alongside a seasoned person offering direct training
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer service via phone, email, and in-person (walk-ins).
Order products, help oversee inventory, and handle invoicing.
Organize job flow, meet deadlines, and manage delivery schedules.
Assist with production tasks (heat transfers, vinyl cutting, DTG printing; training provided).
Basic Microsoft Office skills required; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and QuickBooks Online experience a plus.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable with numbers and invoicing.
Prior office and customer service experience preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Comfortable with hands-on work.
