Small fashion brand is looking for part-time help!
We manufacture locally and ship out of our Brooklyn office and looking for a bright person who wants to learn and grow.
We are looking for a thorough, effective worker to accomplish these type tasks on a weekly basis:
-independently pack orders via Shopify (approximately 50 boxes/week)
-tidy/organize our office (maintain tidy inventory shelves, take out garbage, breakdown boxes, etc)
-communicate with remote staff members as per Owner/designer's needs (ie, email them about damages, deliveries, shipment delays)
-ship wholesale/international orders and provide tracking to vendors
-go to factories in midtown once a week to collect/deliver patterns/samples/trims/fabric headers
-go to the storage unit weekly to fulfill/pull orders
-take inventory of styles
-make sure UPS pickups boxes
-communicate with your manager any issues and work to resolve them independently
-fulfill administrative assistant tasks such as book appointments, pay bills, manage owner's emails and calendar
