Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Part and Service Representative to join our team. As a Part and Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and promoting sales of parts and services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify and understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations for parts and services
- Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels
- Monitor and manage merchandise displays, ensuring a clean and organized work environment
- Conduct sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and debit payments
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Address and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, product information, and new technologies to provide better service to customers
- Assist in the receiving and inspection of products and communicate any issues to the appropriate department
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service and sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
