Part-Time Customer Service/Facilities Maintenance Studio Rep

Studio Rental Company is seeking a part-time customer service rep to join our team in New York.

Duties will be split between facilities cleaning and maintenance shifts (hours between 7 pm and 1 am) and customer service shifts (hours between 8 am and 11 pm).

Our self-check-in model studios operate with a single representative maintaining four locations across New York (two in Brooklyn and two in Queens). This hybrid position involves traveling between studios as needed and excelling in assisting clients remotely.

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the best and most satisfactory client experience.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

Assisting clients with check-in and check-out processes (both in person and over the phone)

Handling incoming calls and emails and other methods of inquiries from clients

Preparing and maintaining studio spaces for clients

Providing assistance with operating the freight elevator

Facilities and equipment upkeep, including all gear

Qualifications:

Ability to work efficiently and independently

Reliable transportation or ability to commute between several of our locations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Resident of the local area is preferred, especially if close to one of the locations (or between Queens and Brooklyn)

Teamwork

Flexible schedule across 7 days per week, weekend availability

Candidates must be able to lift, bend, carry, reach, and squat.

Knowing how to follow instructions and work as part of the team is crucial.
