Seeking a detailed , organized, and motivated person who can handle the following responsibilities:
-Answer high volume of telephone calls with high emphasis on professionalism
-Provide timely and efficiently on quality
-Resolve customer/driver problems
-Ability to navigate through web portals and and update systems
-Communicate with drivers regarding shipment instructions, issues and/or directions
-Prioritize and research inquires (call for surcharge authorization)
-Data entry
-Scheduling appointments
-Scan, fax, and ability to communicate via email.
Must have computer knowledge, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Transportation Experience is a plus. Must be flexible with schedule and be able to pass backround check and drug test.
