Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone

Provide accurate information on company services and accounts

Manage and resolve cases using CRM tools

Maintain clear communication and service records

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer and typing knowledge

Customer service experience preferred but not required
