Position: Service Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $34.85 - $37.00 per hour
As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events, managing service teams, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee event service operations to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
- Manage and coordinate service staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with event planners to understand event specifics and client requirements.
- Ensure all events run according to schedule and meet the company’s quality standards.
- Address and resolve any service-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring services are delivered on time and to specification.
