Small Office Receptionist

Young company with a relaxed environment is seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our small team. Entry level or experienced worker, we are mainly looking for organizational skills and strong communication abilities. Tasks will be answering calls, making calls, following up with calls, possibly some more calls, and then processing some mail. Direct experience in the real estate industry is not required. We are more looking for a person with a strong desire to learn, who isn't afraid to ask questions with strong customer service skills. Ideal candidate must be able to handle competing priorities and work comfortably in a team based setting. The ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor during "difficult" or possibly "loud discussions" over the phone is needed to excel at this position.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Solid Verbal Communication skills

2. Ability to be proactive in dealing with issues and following up with tasks

3. Knowledge of Excel, Word, QuickBooks

4. Ability to follow directions! (detailed instructions may not be available)

5. Able to provide general administrative and clerical support

6. Conflict Resolution skills

7. Ability to type well

This position is pretty open, we aren't looking for any particular education level, we are looking for the right person.
