VAULT RECEIVER (Brooklyn)
Starting Pay: $16/hr.
Job Essentials & Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Receive, verify, sort, disperse, and account for vault cargo items.
You will be responsible for the proper sorting of currency and coin items in preparation for route delivery to banks, commercial and retail customers.
Work as a team and will be assigned PM shifts.
Check identifying numbers on seals against the receipts.
Great verbal and written communication
Strong attention to details, computers, and other office equipment
Ability to collect and organize information.
Able to work a flexible work schedule. On occasion, maybe required to work up to 6 days a week, with rotational days off as scheduled. These hours may include weekends and holidays.
Able and willing to attend both initial and annual training as required by the company, State or City.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from the ground to standing erect with arms extended at sides repeatedly.
Ability to push and pull up to 2,500 pounds (one coin skid) with a hand pallet jack.
Ability push and pull up to 400 pounds on two-wheeled hand carts, up and down inclines.
Ability to repeatedly step into and out of the vehicle.
Ability to maintain stooped or squatting position for several minutes to perform the sorting function.
Ability to stand for approximately 80% of shift.
Licensing & Certification:
Ability to obtain and carry a valid city/county permit for a handgun.
Ability to obtain and carry a valid class D operator driver’s license.
Ability to obtain the 47-hour armed guard course certificate/training sponsored by the company.
Obtain any other ID's, licenses or registrations required by local, state, or federal authorities.
COIN ROOM TELLER (Brooklyn)
Starting Pay: $17/hr.
Job Duties:
Issue and receive coin from coin wrapping vendor.
Consolidate (using jet sort counter) odd coins received from various sources.
Consolidate spurious coins received from coin wrapping vendor.
Count, verify and report every item in inventory daily.
Verify and repair any broken boxes and bags.
Responsible for overall cleanliness of coin room.
Monitor performance of processes and machines.
Report any issues affecting production or accuracy.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Able to work weekends, holidays and/or extended hours.
Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
Complete paperwork for all transactions of liability.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum of 6 months experience in at least one of the following: cash handling, inventory control, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, Cashier, or Teller experience.
Able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
