Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, guests, and deliveries in a professional manner.
Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring security at all times.
Accept and log packages and deliveries as needed.
Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance area.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
Assist with minor maintenance requests, as directed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a doorman, concierge, or security personnel is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
Must be reliable, professional, and well-groomed.
