Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to join our school team for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will support the Operations of the school in managing day-to-day logistics, coordinating school-wide systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about supporting educational excellence behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Operations in managing school-wide logistics, scheduling, and vendor relations

- Support compliance efforts with city, state, and federal regulations, including documentation and reporting

- Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely dissemination of operational updates

- Help maintain inventory, order supplies, and oversee facility needs

- Track and analyze operational data to support strategic decision-making

- Collaborate with instructional and administrative staff to ensure smooth execution of school events and initiatives

- Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting preparation, and document organization

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English or other content based degree, or Education

- Prior experience in school operations, office management, or administrative support preferred

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and technology proficient

- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

- Commitment to the mission and values of Academic Leadership Charter School
