Receives a weekly salary for a set number of shifts (13), and has one full day off and at least two half days off per week.

Key responsibilities of TAP Manager & Head of Activities:
● Work as an integral member of the Leadership Team.
● Proactively identifies and solve problems and areas of concern.
● Complete office and administrative duties carefully, efficiently, and in a timely fashion.
● Maintain accounts (petty cash, tuck shop, etc.). Provide purchase orders, receipts and detailed records of camps program expenditures.
● Communicate with Transportation and tour companies to confirm numbers and times regularly
● Ensure that the appropriate number of tickets are ordered and times are confirmed for all activities.
● Ensure proper completion and timely submission of all reports.
● Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
● Ability to communicate and work with groups and to provide necessary instruction to campers and staff.
● Respond appropriately to situations requiring first aid. Must be able to assist campers in an emergency (fire, evacuation, illness, or injury) and possess strength and endurance required to maintain constant supervision of campers.
