Part-Time Technology Mentor / IT Support (Hybrid - Midtown East)
Compensation: $25-$50/hr (DOE) | Approx. 20 hrs/week | Bonus Potential
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Mentor to support the CEO and remote staff. Ideal for a Computer Science instructor or tech expert with 5-7 years of experience in both software and hardware. This part-time hybrid position offers flexibility with the potential for growth as we expand across Manhattan and the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the CEO, IT team, and remote staff.
- Provide expert guidance on operating systems, software, and remote internal communications.
- Support remote users, including Apple and Windows devices.
- Manage and streamline business software, social media, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Instagram).
- Research and recommend new tech solutions for business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of technology, hardware, and software (Apple, Windows, mobile, tablets).
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and patient.
- Experience with remote team management and communications.
- E-Commerce experience a plus (Amazon, Shopify, Instagram).
- Must be available evenings and weekends.
