Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead kids' birthday parties from start to finish.
Develop engaging themes and activities in areas such as sports, arts & crafts, dance, glam, music and more.
Coordinate with parents to ensure all details are covered.
Supervise party staff and ensure a safe, fun environment.
Handle any unexpected challenges with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Proven experience in leading kids' birthday parties or similar events.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Creative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
Must be a patient and cheerful person, creating a positive atmosphere for kids.
Availability to work on weekends and flexible hours.
