We are seeking to hire a Pre-K lead teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Our school is a part of the PRE-K For All program. We believe that Pre-k is an integral part of a child's school experience and are looking to find someone who is willing to be a part of that.
Applicants should:
-have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in an educated related field
-be NYS certified in B-2 OR prepared to enroll in a Study Plan following DOE/DOH guidelines.
-be willing to collaborate with other staff members on curriculum/lesson planning
-be creative, organized, have a passion for working with children
-demonstrate classroom management on a daily basis
- be welcoming and inclusive to a diverse community of families and learners.
We are located in Woodside, Queens with easy access to the 7,R,M,F, E train lines and the LIRR.
