We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director for a SEIT Agency. The Executive Director will be responsible for implementing NYS compliance guidelines within the Agency as well as managing day to day affairs. Masters Degree in Special education and familiarity with SEIT is preferred. Strong management skills with the ability to effectively supervise a small but dedicated team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to carry out effective work plans and strong organizational skills. Sense of humor. Must have experience in the field of Human services and experience in a supervisory or management capacity. Should also have community and philanthropic experience. Potential salary increase with Agency growth.
