Lead Teacher
Overview:

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
or
A Baccalaureate or higher degree in one of the following:
Child Psychology, so long as the person has 12 credits specific to early childhood.
Child Development, so long as the person has 12 credits specific to early childhood.
Elementary Education.
N-6 Elementary Education
Students with Disabilities (B-2) or Students with Disabilities (1-6).
General Education, so long as the person has 12 credits specific to early childhood.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Toddler care in a nurturing environment
- Educate and engage children through interactive activities
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum to support early childhood education
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and positive learning environment
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to foster growth and development
- Collaborate with staff and parents to support the holistic development of each child
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare
- Proficiency in working with young children
- Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
