Oversee development of large-scale, commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects, from initial design to final construction. Liaise with clients, contractors, and engineers. Preparation of construction documents and technical reports. Integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into 3D form finding. Ensure conformance with NYC zoning and building codes.
Requirements:
Bachelors – Architecture – 2 yr. Experience required. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD req. Experience with NYC zoning & building codes req.
