NYSFAB is a well-established company that has numerous contracts with Metro Transit Authority. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety regulations
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Utilize construction management software, such as ProCore, to track project activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Decent knowledge of construction processes and practices
- Proficiency in project scheduling
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Revu Blue Beam & Some AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
