Architect who can use AutoCAD with absolutely positively NYC HOUSING EXPERIENCE. Please, this is only for someone familiar with NYC Dept. of Buildings, Zoning, etc., experience who has architectural firm background (not expediter) in NYC housing. Freelance please, work from home but must be available during business hours. This is for a limited project, with a couple of others to follow.
