Design and develop site plans for residential and commercial properties.
Design infrastructure systems (roads, utilities, drainage) and ensure they meet project specifications.
Plan and design sanitary and septic systems for residential and commercial developments.
Manage land development projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare engineering reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.
