Construction Estimator Wanted!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate estimates for construction projects
- Review plans and specifications, conduct site visits, and analyze bid packages
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost savings
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in construction estimating & Masonry work experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g. PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in construction estimating (e.g. CCE, CEPA)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
