General contractor is looking for Construction Licensed Site Super
Currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to fill an opening with a high-end commercial general contractor located in NYC.
Must be Experienced in site safety & have all qualification of OSHA 62 SST, 40Hr site safety supervisor, 32 hour supported and suspended.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in managing Renovations projects, Restoration Projects in New York City boroughs.
Interested candidates should have 1-2 years of experience with general contractor.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Site Supervisor
Must have knowledge in Filling out Log sheets, toolbox meetings,
Responsible for overseeing work of all trades (site work, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, steel, etc.)
Effectively manage on-site activities from demolition through to final punch list.
Works with Project Manager to meet implementing corrective actions.
Requirements of the Site Superintendent
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1-2 years of site supervisor experience required
