We’re seeking motivated and driven individuals to be part of our expanding firm. We have openings for both part-time and full-time roles in engineering and architectural work.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare contract documents, technical specifications, and construction drawings
Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, architects, and project teams
Write clear and detailed reports on ongoing construction projects
Review construction documents and shop drawings to ensure compliance with codes and standards
Visit and assess various construction sites as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred)
Solid knowledge of IBC, NYC Building Code, and ACI standards
At least one Special Inspection certification (preferred) or the ability to obtain certifications such as:
o ICC / ACI / AWS / NICET
o Residential/Commercial Building & Mechanical
o Structural Steel & Bolting
o Structural Steel Welding
o Concrete
o Structural Masonry
o Soils
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
FE, PE, or RA credentials welcome
