Seeking a drafter for millwork shop specializing in bar and restaurant build-outs.
Recent projects include: Frenchette Bakery at The Whitney, Torrisi, Bar Primi, Russ & Daughters at Hudson Yards, Crown Shy / Saga
Role, directly assisting Fabrication Coordinator, will include:
- Drafting shop drawings from scratch
- Finalizing Fabrication Coordinator's shop drawings (notations, formatting, etc.)
- Reviewing shop drawings from architect and other subs for coordination, RFIs, etc.
- Revising shop drawing per red lines (edits and corrections)
Additional scope assisting Fabrication Coordinator may include:
- Material orders
- Liaising with Production Team on fabrication
- Verifying site conditions
Experience with SketchUp a plus.
Millwork shop experience a plus.
Spanish as a second language a plus.
