Tribute Restoration Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and timely proposals and estimates for various projects across the company footprint.
Qualifications
5+ years estimating experience in construction
Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail
Strong knowledge of roofing/ waterproofing and façade restoration (Local Law 11)
Ensure bid process is effective and conforms to NYC regulations
Manage multiple deadlines concurrently using effective prioritization strategies
Expertise of software and equipment used to estimate and manage projects
Proficient to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to preserve confidential information and successfully avoid conflicts of interest
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret complex technical documents and project drawings
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with clients, architects, and engineers
Conform to the companies procedures and Standard Operating Policies
