We are a small Brooklyn-based Architecture firm seeking additional support to sustain our current workload. We're looking for a freelancer who can put together a quality 'alt 2' type DOB filing/pricing set. Please have examples of recently filed sets. You should be able to work with minimum supervision, communicate well, and work independently. Our in-house licensed architect will review the set and be the AOR; therefore, you do not need to be licensed. Thank you.
