NYC General Contractor looking for a full time assistant project manager with experience in interior construction and renovation (Residential and Commercial).
Duties:
Attending walkthroughs and job meetings
Prepare meeting notes, daily logs, submittals, change orders and RFI's
Work with high quality standards, safety regulation and deadlines
Manage company employees and assign tasks
Prepare scope of work and coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and team members
Prepare and manage construction schedule, budgets and site documentation
Requirements:
Experience in interior renovation
62 Hrs SST
OSHA certificate holder
Proficiency in AutoCad, Excel, Word and Project Management Software
Knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary will depend on your experience.
