Cherico King Architect, P.C. is a small office work place, that works is full-service architectural firm located in Long Island City, Queens. We specializing in retail sectors, including, but not limited to store design, residential, commercial, and expediting works. We are seeking candidate that are motivated, willing to learn new skills/ knowledges, and attention to details.
We currently have (1) full-time and (1) part-time opening.
All Applicant should have the following qualifications:
Either graduated and/or on last semester.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft software, PDF, etc
Quick learner and team player.
Able to jump between jobs with high priority.
Architectural technical and construction document knowledge.
Knowledge in another software is a plus but not required.
Ability to work with and without supervision.
Job Scope includes, but not limited to following
o Field measurement, take meeting minutes / notes
o Preparation of background plans, elevations, and details
o Reception duty & maintaining office.
o Put together construction document.
o Building department job filing.
