Garrett Singer Architecture + Design is a hospitality based architecture/design firm that specializes in restaurant/bar/nightlife design for over 20 years. We are currently looking to hire an Intermediate Architect or an Experienced Drafter that is proficient in AutoCAD and has hospitality experience.
Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum of 4+ years experience, hospitality experience a plus.
Excellent AutoCAD, BluBeam and Adobe Suite skills required.
Collaborative and professional work ethic, strong problem solving abilities.
Familiar with NYC Codes and submissions.
Familiar with ADA compliance codes.
Strong technical skills.
Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include implementing the skills and requirements mentioned above. An ideal candidate will be capable of developing drawings and plans with strong technical skills and confidence in handling both office and field work.
This position is for in person work 5 days a week in NYC. Only candidates that can easily commute to NYC will be considered for this position, no remote work is accepted.
