We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to review and sign off on various projects, including but not limited to demolition and alteration work, for multiple ongoing jobs across New York City.
Qualifications:
Active NYS PE License
Experience with DOB filings (Demo, Alteration Type I & II)
Familiarity with NYC construction codes and permitting process
