Prepare hand sketches for review by management. Develop schematic AutoCAD drawings based on schematic plans. Develop design development drawings. Prepare construction documents under supervision of management. Prepare submission of drawings to Authorities having Jurisdiction. Issue drawings to bidders.
Prepare spread sheets of bids if applicable. Field phone calls curing construction. Review shop drawings. Visit site for local projects. Prepare punch list at completion
