Residential Acquisitions Associate with Zoning Experience P/T
Location: Remote
Hours: Mon-Thurs 11am-4pm
Pay: $30/hour plus $2000 per land acquisition (goal is approx. 20 per year)
Description:
Land developer looking for an experiencedcandidateto locate potential sites for the development of new homes using traditional online and in-person methods. The candidatewill be expected to submit and obtain permits and do proper due diligence on prospective properties.
Requirements
- general background in development
- experience working with municipaloffices (specifically zoning and building depts.)
- familiarwith drawing site/plot plans, showing proper setbacks, etc
