Looking to purchase a very good Revit Commercial Template for R-2 new building that follows NYC DOB plan guidelines. The template shall have:
-Clear sheet organization/browser with Cover sheet, Notes, Zoning, ADA, Life Safety, Energy, Floor plans, Sections, etc
-Template Views set up by drawings type (zoning, code compliance, floor plans etc)
-Good families (Doors, windows, cabinets, kitchen islands, stair railings, balcony railings, facade wall panels etc)
-ADA details
-Schedules as per NYC DOB (Windows, doors, Energy, Lighting).
+Contracting on hourly basis, for building specific families and Revit training/assistance.
Willing to accomodate flexible schedules, remote work, meeting online outside office hours is ok.
