Senior Millwork Drafter – Studio Practice NYC
Studio Practice, a high-end architectural millwork company based in Ozone Park, Queens, is seeking an experienced Senior Millwork Drafter to join our team. We specialize in luxury residential and retail interiors, delivering precision-crafted custom furniture, paneling, and fixtures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Produce detailed shop drawings and submittals in Rhino and AutoCAD for fabrication and client approval
-Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and shop foremen to resolve design and construction details
-Prepare accurate drawing sets that align with fabrication, CNC, and installation requirements
-Work within Innergy ERP (or similar systems) to manage drawing revisions, approvals, and workflow integration
-Uphold drafting standards and ensure consistent file organization across all projects
QUALIFICATIONS
-5+ years of millwork drafting experience (luxury residential or retail required)
-Strong proficiency in Rhino (AutoCAD and 3D modeling experience a plus)
-Solid knowledge of architectural millwork construction methods, joinery, and materials
-Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Innergy preferred)
-Ability to read and interpret architectural and design drawings with high attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
