Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in the architecture and interior design industry, located in New York, New York. The Bookkeeper will be tasked with managing financial records in a detail-oriented and organized manner, ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the team.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process credit applications from customers. Keep customer credit records updated and accurate. Respond to and resolve customer queries pertaining to credit and billing. Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions as required. Handle the reconciliation of credit card transactions. Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting. Employ advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling. Leverage Expensify for expense management and reporting. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Oversee billing processes, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner.
