You'll be responsible for executing product orders using a vendor portal, ensuring accuracy, and resolving any vendor-related issues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has previous experience in procurement, operations, or logistics.Must-Haves:
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced buying or inventory role
Strong organizational and detail orientation
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with tools like G-Suite and Slack is a plus
Background in grocery, retail, e-commerce, or convenience is preferred
Responsibilities:
Place product orders accurately through vendor portals
Escalate vendor issues when needed
Follow workflows and contribute to team efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams
Identify trends and suggest process improvements
