job summary:

Must be in commutable distance to LA, NYC or Miami. Must speak fluent English AND Spanish. 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.


We are looking for a broadly experienced Editor to join our clients editorial team. You will identify and curate first rate music playlist listening- and programming experiences for a multitude of our genres, moods and moments, demonstrate a passion for performance-oriented analytics, and will have your ear to the ground in the music community, focusing on Latin music. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music!


What you'll do


Identify content gaps for the region and consequently substantiate playlists hypotheses

Curate for a large number of varied playlists; our playlist-brands and shows

Identify hypotheses for music programming specific to our Latin audiences in the US.

Partner with senior leadership to establish new bets for current and future playlists and work to achieve those goals

Analyze analytics and performance indicators of your own work

Work with the Global Editorial Team and cross-functional teams to progress towards various content objectives

Work from our office in Los Angeles or New York (once it is safe to do so!)


Who you are


2-5 years proven track record in the music industry where connecting and serving audiences with music experiences, artists and/or creators in today's music landscapes have been an integral part of your job and missions

You have a deep knowledge of Latin music and culture. Knowledge of Regional Mexican is a plus.

You are able to support the creative side of editorial programming with a concrete and repeatable operational strategy

You are also able to lean on a good reputation and a network within the Latin music and entertainment industry

You pay attention to detail and organization, have an outstanding work ethic and a friendly, warm demeanor

You have a story that demonstrates your passion for music that you can tell us about
