In April 2016, EY acquired this team out of Highnote Foundry, a venture capital and venture services firm, in order to build and launch new businesses for EY Americas Tax. EY Americas Tax is a leader in corporate tax services and is aggressively pursuing innovation to define the tax function of the future for the world’s largest multi-national corporations.The opportunityThe Foundry currently has a portfolio of projects in various stages of development, including:A web-based application that provides clients access to EY staff for short-term tasks

Your key responsibilitiesAs a Product Manager, you know what it takes to design, develop and drive the adoption of great digital products and services. Working with designers, developers and other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, defining, prioritizing and shipping features in line with the next-generation digital vision.You will create personas and empathy maps, develop user stories and requirements, and work with designers to conduct user research and testing to inform product features. You will manage the product backlog, work day-to-day with the product teams to clarify requirements and recommend alternative approaches to meeting business requirements when necessary.You will conduct ongoing experimentation and evaluate user feedback, usage of the product and key metrics, with an eye toward continuously improving the product and user experience. You also will drive ongoing market and user research to shape the longer-term product strategy and product roadmap.Key attributes for successExperience working in Agile, on mobile product development, and on digital financial products (preferred)

Some technical knowledge from formal education or practical experience

Proven track record of success launching and iterating consumer products

Knowledge of SQL and experience retrieving data from online data warehouse environments

Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly

Willingness to experiment and resolve until you arrive at the right answer

To qualify for the role you must haveBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Graduate degree preferred

3+ years of solid product management experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Quick learner and ability to execute independently with minimal input and guidance

Excellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills

Ideally, you’ll also havePassion for creating products and experiences that resonate with users
